Through the advanced solvent extraction and extraction process, the resin’s organic leachate is controlled at a very low level, and the TOC of the condensate effluent is less than 200ug/l, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of the unit and reduces the discharge of three wastes.
The boiler steam condensate from power plants has now been widely recovered. However, because the strong anion exchange resin’s maximum operation temperature cannot be over 60℃, the condensate has to be cooled to about 50℃before entering the polishing system. After many years dedicated study, Suqing Group developed and manufactured SQD-253G strong anion exchange resin, which can be used stably at elevated temperatures (e.g., 80℃and over). Together with SQD-053G cation exchange resin, the steam condensate is polished. Not only a large amount of cooling water can be saved, but also a lot of energy can be recovered. The cost saving is very obvious.
